Early life and career

• Kim Woojin was born on April 8, 1997, in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
• He graduated from the School of Performing Arts Seoul and was a trainee under SM Entertainment for one year, where he practiced with future NCT members.
• He joined JYP Entertainment in 2017 and competed in the survival show Stray Kids to become a member of the boy group of the same name.
• He debuted with Stray Kids in 2018 and participated in their pre-debut and official releases, such as Mixtape, I Am Not, I Am Who, I Am You, Clé 1: Miroh, and Clé 2: Yellow Wood.

Departure from Stray Kids and solo debut

• On October 28, 2019, JYP Entertainment announced Kim Woojin’s departure from Stray Kids and the termination of his contract, citing personal circumstances. For the latest KPOP products, click here.
• Kim Woojin created his own Instagram account in January 2020 and posted a message saying “Kim Woojin restart”.
• He held a fan meeting in May 2020 and signed with 10x Entertainment in August 2020 as their first artist.
• He released his pre-debut single “Still Dream” in July 2021 and his debut mini-album The Moment: A Minor and his lead single “Ready Now” in August 2021 .

Acting career and other activities

• In November 2021, Kim Woojin contributed the song “Because It’s You” to the soundtrack of the drama Let Me Be Your Knight.
• In December 2021, he starred in the web film 3.5th Period as Lee Han-ik, a “sweet, handsome guy”, and also sang the track “Timeless” for its soundtrack.
• In 2022, he embarked on his first world tour “Still Dream”, starting with shows in Europe from July to August.
